The western media has brushed aside the Covid crisis of the United States of America. Western news agencies have conveniently forgotten to file anything on this. There is nothing on the internet.

- Texas has already run out of Covid beds.
- There are no ICU beds left in Alabama.
- Oregon has a shortage of ICU beds.
- More than 95% of ICU beds are occupied in Georgia
- Beds are also running out in Houston
The news agencies that zoomed into visuals of people sharing a bed in India’s hospitals have somehow gone into recess. During America’s delta crisis. The news channels that reported live from India’s crematoriums have not filed a single report on Florida. The state’s crematoriums are overwhelmed. Locals say bodies have been stacked to the ceiling.
Why is no one making any hullabaloo for this? Who is the western media trying to please? In the US, this is the highest in eight months. There has been a 12% increase in new cases. 23% increase in deaths, 77% of all ICU beds in the US are occupied and cases are only rising.
This week the state of Florida recorded an average of 227 daily Covid deaths. This is 30% higher than January, that’s when Florida saw its previous peak. On the 26th of August, the state reported 901 Covid deaths. It’s highest since the pandemic began for them. Cases between the 13th and 19th of August, Florida recorded 150000 new cases. The daily average was more than 23 000. A 19.8% increase in new cases according to the Florida Health Department. Where are all the international newspapers and news channels and agencies? Some of whom did manage to send a reporter all the way to a Kerala hospital to file a story, list lessons for India, also upload pictures. But the hospitalization rate in Florida goes underreported. It is 80 per 100000 people in Florida and 55 per 100000 in at least four American states Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia and Louisiana. Even this reporting by the US Department of Health and Human Services may be an underestimation too.
Former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo hid Covid deaths. His administration said that as of last week, a little over 43 000 New Yorkers had died. But the figure turns out to be is 55400. There’s a straight way difference of 12000.
Those in high office will try and hide real numbers everywhere in the world because they have vested interest, they have dreams of re-election but what about the press? How is it that the American Media never flagged this underreporting? Instead, CNN is trying to cover up. CNN ridiculously says ‘the state of new york has “adjusted” the death toll’. American media is more concerned about the death toll outside its borders. In June, the wall street journal said India had undercounted its death toll. The New York Daily said Brazil was undercounting its deaths. In July ABC News said Russia too had underreported its death toll. But America has “Adjusted”. Like, every country is hiding numbers except the United States.
It is not about how badly the Biden administration is managing the Covid crisis. It is about the American Media who finds faults in every government of the World but they wall any misdoing of their own country. It is also about the Indian unemployed journalist who sits inside a crematorium with her laptop and camera, puts the mic on the face of the dead person’s relatives and camera on the burning pyre and earn vulturous money by defaming her own country. These vultures should know that time pays back right and pays well. This is the same America that wanted to disrupt our vaccination program. We have already vaccinated people equivalent to two US put together.
